Everyone loves these alcohol flavourerd pods apart from my kids as they don’t like any chocolate mixed with alcohol. So make a few of each, non-alcoholic, rum flavour and brandy flavour and let your guests decide.
Heat the single cream but let not boil.
Remove from oven and add broken down chocolate. Stir until melted.
Add beaten egg yolks and alcohol and stir.
Now add butter or coconut oil (to get it solid).
Pour into appropriate serving glasses and leave in fridge overnight.
