Honey Crème Cheese Dip
Ingredients list for one bowl

250g crème cheese

250g goat cheese

2 garlic gloves

4 tbsp honey

3 tbsp lime juice

½ tsp chilli flakes

Fresh coriander or parsley

Black pepper

Honey Crème Cheese Dip

Tangy, bright and creamy dip.

Recipe:

Peel and grate the garlic cloves and then add all ingredient into a large bowl and mix well.

That's it.

Can be used as a dip or as a spread to create an appetiser e.g. spread it on a slice of sourdough bread and top it with sliced tomatoes and black pepper.

Chefs Tip

The dip will firm up when in the fridge. Just stir it before serving.

Menu suggestion

Serve with crackers, celery sticks and carrot sticks.

Depends on the other dishes.
