Goats Cheese Salad
Ingredients list for 2 persons

50g mixed salad (½ pack)
180g goats cheese (1 roll)
Walnuts
Balsamic vinegar
Kalamata extra virgin oil
Thick balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze

Goats Cheese Salad

Lovely and amazing starter. It will always impress.

Recipe:

Pre-heat the oven to 200'C.
Cut the goats cheese roll into 8 slices. Place on a non-stick sheet and bake in the pre-heated oven for 10min.

In the meantime, mix the salad leaves with some oil and vinegar. Divide the salad into two and place on two plates.

Once the goats cheese in ready place them on top of the salad. Decorate each of the cheese slices with a walnut half and sprinkle some crushed walnuts around. Top the dish with some thick balsamic vinegar or some balsamic glaze.

Serve and enjoy.

Chefs Tip

Cut the hard ends of the goats cheese roll off.
