Spread some oil in a frying pan over medium heat and then crack in the eggs one and at time. Be careful not to damage the egg yolk.
Pan fry the eggs to your desired liking, I like my eggs fried on one side only with the yolk runny and the outside crispy.
Toast one or two slices of bread, spread with butter (if desired) and place the fried eggs on top and then sprinkle with some pepper and salt.
