Wash and slice the tomatoes. Wash the watercress.
Before you assemble the salad mix the tomatoes and watercress with extra virgin olive oil on separate plates.
Now place equal amounts of dressed tomatoes and watercress on two plates. I place the watercress in the middle and the tomatoes around. Place a drained burrata on top of the watercress.
Sprinkle the burrata with extra virgin olive oil and then drizzle balsamic vinegar on the burrata, watercress and tomatoes. Season with some sea salt and pepper.
Serve and enjoy.
